​Independent Living Partners LLC is a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) agency dedicated to supporting the elderly and individuals with disabilities. We provide Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services, Community First Services and Supports (CFSS), and 245D services—both in the home and in the community.

Our PCA team members start at $20 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $22.16 per hour based on experience.

Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST)
Employees earn at least one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to a minimum of 48 hours of accrued ESST per year. Employees can use this time for various reasons, including their own health conditions or to care for a family member.
